Item 0004: AFMC FORM 413 Depot Maintenance Production Report IAW CDRL and DID. Item 0005: CAVAF Reporting IAW CDRL, DID, and Appendix B. Item 0006: CEMS Reporting IAW CDRL and DID. Description: The HPT Shroud/LPT Stage 1 Nozzle Assembly, consist of shroud nozzle support assembly and HPT shrouds, stage one nozzles, inner seal and stationary air seal. The air cavity between the stage one nozzle support and combustion case directs 5th stage compressor bleed air through the LPT nozzle vanes for cooling. Delivery: Item 0001: 7 EA per month 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets. Item 0002: 7 EA per month 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets. Item 0003: 7 EA per month 30 days ARO and receipt of reparable assets. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. Qualification requirements are available for this acquisition. These qualification requirements apply to line item(s) 0001, 0002, and 0003.
