Plan, program, administer, manage, and execute the work necessary to provide the specified services. Provide personnel, management, and other items and services not Government furnished necessary to provide Electrical Substation Preventive Maintenance on four substations as defined in this work statement at Fort Lewis, Washington. During normal preventive maintenance contractor shall also provide on-the-job (OJT) training to six electricians on Ft Lewis. Contractor shall comply with applicable Federal, State, and local laws, regulations, ANSI codes, technical manuals, manufacturer's instructions and recommendations, and acceptable commercial practices in the delivery of required services.
Project is open to small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811219 with a size standard of $6.5 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal years, does not exceed $6.5 million.
