Synopsis:

*The U.S. Coast Guard, Maintenance & Logistics Command, Pacific (vpl) proposes a contract for the Dockside Repairs of the CGC HICKORY (WLB-212) a Juniper Class 225 Sea Going Buoy Tender with home moorage in Homer, Alaska. The performance period will begin the 13 Jan 2009 and complete 06 Mar 2009. The work will be performed at the cutter s home moorage. Only one contract will be awarded for this procurement. The proposed work items include but are not limited to: Temporary Services; Dockside, Home Pier; Deck Coverings (interior Polymeric) Reseal; Level Wind Arm Safety Interlock Installation; Shower Deck Drain Replacement; Level Wind Arm Safety Interlock Installation; Underwater Propeller Clean and Inspect; MDE Exhaust Stacks Commercial Clean; SSDG Exhaust Stacks Commercial Clean; Electric Meter Calibration; Inspect and Test Circuit Breakers, 60 Hz; Pressure Gauges and Thermocouples (Critical) Calibration; FO Tank Overlow Check Valves Inspect, Steering System Relief Valves Renew; Buoy and Cargo Handling Crane Wire Rope Renewal, Grey Water Holding Tank Clean and Inspect; Oil Content Meter Calibration; Sewage Holding Tank and Atmospheric Tank Clean & Inspect..
