Synopsis:

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Enterprise and Installation Operations (MICC-E&I); intends to award a firm fixed- price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) to Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc. (AIS), 2805 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78227-3353, for the design, installation, and integration of new/upgraded CCTV systems and networks in support of the Fort Sam Houston support mission. The installation of the surveillance security system and equipment is commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. The contract will be issued on or about September 30, 2008. Estimated cost of services is $42,438.77. The security system presently installed at the police station is fully capable of synchronizing with this need system. Ensuring interoperability and uniform functionality of this system is essential to its proper performance. For this specific requirement, the contractor must be an AIS authorized dealer for the Nice Systems with the proper clearance and certifications as an AIS certified Identicard dealer and Console dealer. The NAICS code is 238210 and the small businesses size is $14,000,000.00.
