Description
In accordance with FAR Part 6.3, the Bureau of Census National Processing Center in Jeffersonville, Indiana, intends to award a purchase order to AnyDoc Software for the continued support of WIPS/MTI software for fiscal year 2008. The Census Bureau intends to award on a sole source basis per 41USC253, Only One Responsible Source. The nominated vendor is the only licensed provider of the requested software maintenance. The required technical support, maintenance, and software upgrades are available only through the manufacturer and can not be purchased from any other vendor. The technical support and software upgrades are required to facilitate the processing requirements at the Census Bureau. Based on this, the Census Bureau believes no other offerors are currently available to fulfill the requirements of this order. This notice is not to be considered a Request for Proposal. No contract will be awarded from offers received in response to this notice.
