Synopsis:

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Enterprise and Installation Operations (MICC-E&I); intends to award a firm fixed- price contract on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) to Alamo Integrated Systems, Inc. (AIS), 2805 SW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78227-3353, for a physical security maintenance agreement contract for systems (i.e., cameras, recording equipment, etc.) currently installed in Buildings 16, 44, 4168, and 4205 in support of the USARNORTH support mission. The maintenance of the surveillance security system and equipment is commercial within the meaning of FAR Clause 52.212-1. The contract will be issued on or about September 30, 2008. Estimated cost of services is $60,842.50. The security system presently installed and operating in the USARNORTH buildings located on the installation of Fort Sam Houston, Texas, is critical to the security of the USARNTORTH and ensuring the interoperability and uniform functionality of these systems is essential to it proper performance. For this specific requirement, the contractor must be an AIS authorized dealer for the Nice Systems with the proper clearance and certifications as an AIS certified Identicard dealer and Console dealer. The NAICS code is 238210 and the small businesses size is $14,000,000.00.
