The U.S. Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity intends to modify an existing sole source contract for the procurement of ND10 Devices which was awarded to PowderMed Vaccines, LTD, 4 Robert Robinson Avenue, The Oxford Science Park, Oxford OX4 4GA. The Government believes that PowderMed is the only organization that covers the acquisition of services for manufacturing of the DNA vaccine for the Hantaan Virus and Puumala Virus and the rights to the gene gun technology. A modification is necessary to accommodate additional stability testing for HTNV and PUUV clinical batches to 18 and 24 months. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Interested parties may submit their detailed capabilities to include descriptive literature of their product that will be compatible with the PowderMed products, and past performance information showing that their product has been used in this capacity. Submit your information no later than 2:00 PM EST, 12 August 2008 to e-mail: tonya.kreps@us.army.mil.
