The Joint Contracting Command Afghanistan, Regional Contracting Center, Bagram Airfield, has a requirement for an Islamic Religious Specialist to provide religious services and education in support of Counterinsurgency and Information Operations within the Bagram Theater Internment Facility (BTIF). A Firm-Fixed Price contract is contemplated for this acquisition. The performance period is one (1) base year with two (2) option years. This procurement is full and open to all offerors. Paper copies are not available. It is the responsibility of all interested parties to review the FBO website frequently for updates/amendments to any and all documents for this solicitation. The closing date and time for submission of proposals will be contained in the solicitation package.
