The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), Dallas, Texas 75247 intends to award a sole source contract to Corp Ten International, Towson, Maryland for 59 each Iridium tracking devices and associated services pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
