This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format listed in the FAR Subpart 12.6 and 13.5. Quotes and or Bids are requested and no written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSBP1008Q2035 and is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The Request for Quote (RFQ) for Brand name of Equal Iridium 9505A Standard Kit Phones and 500 Basic Rate Prepaid minuets. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect Federal Acquisition Regulation FAC 2005-26. The North American Industrial Classification System Code is: 517410. This requirement is unrestricted and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2008-09-16 4:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

Six (6) Iridium 9505 A Standard Kit (12 Month warranty) to include phone/battery, AC charger (5-plug set), DC charger, leather holster, magnetic mount car antenna 1.5 m cable, antenna adapter, handsfree earbud, and manual.
Six (6) 500 Basic Rate Minutes for 1 year (pre-paid)
Quote must include the solicitation number along with your Tax Identification Number (TIN), DUN and Bradstreet number (DUNS), complete Business Mailing Address, contact name, contact phone number, contact fax number, and contact email address.
Note: Ensure your firm is registered in CCR and ORC-All vendors must be registered in CCR and ORCA to receive government contracts- www.ccr.gov and http://orca.bpn.gov/.

Selection and award will be made to the offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, with consideration given to the factor proposed technical merit and price. It is important that offerors provide details to allow evaluation of their offer.
