The cost of bid specifications and drawings is $75.00 per set. Check should be made payable to the Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland. All out of town contractors must pre-pay for shipping and the cost of the plans. Contractors must supply either a FedEx or UPS account number for courier service.

Description: The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the construction of improvements to the McHenry Water System. The work includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: installation of 5,000 L.F. of 10" C900 or C909 water main, 70 L.F. of 10" CL-52 D.I.P. water main road bore, 7 fire hydrants, 9 water main shutoff valves and 1 air release valve. The duration of the construction contract is 90 calendar days.
