The work shall consist of providing all management, labor, materials, equipment, supplies, transportation and performance of all duties necessary to ensure that interior painting is accomplished within various Army facilities, Torii Station, Okinawa, Japan. Performance-Based Work Statement (PWS) includes: interior wall, ceiling, doors and trims, closets, pantry, drawers, varnish cabinet, stair, wells, stairway handrails, pipe, pipe railings, gratings, metal, metal fabrications, grilles, air diffusers, return air grilles, etc. Common areas, kitchen areas, laundry rooms, utility room, mechanical room, water heater room, pump room, sump pit areas of bulk fuel storage tanks and fire pump room.
