Sealed tenders, completed in accordance with the Specifications of Tender on the forms provided and plainly marked with the above project title will be received up to 4:00 p.m. local time, Thursday, July 17, 2008 at Contract Services, or at Eastern Region Headquarters, Watson Lake.
