PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE ISSUED. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this request. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is being conducted under Federal Acquisition Regulation parts 12 and 13. The Federal Bureau of Investigation is issuing this acquisition as a Request for Quote (RFQ) under solicitation number E006415. The NAICS Code for this requirement is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers. The size standard is 100 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.

The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. Brand name or equal items will be accepted. If an "equal" item is being proposed, then the product specifications must be included with the quote.

Shipping Instructions:

Items must be received by July 3, 2008. Shipping under this requirement shall be FOB destination. Items shall be delivered to Dayton, Ohio.

Submission Instructions

The due date for responses to this RFQ is on or before June 6, 2008 at 10:00 am Eastern Daylight Time. Responses must be marked as follows: "RFQ E006415."
