Description Information:
Armstrong Atlantic State University is initiating this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit proposals from firms interested in participating on a project to:
(1) do all things necessary and required to prepare an initial indirect cost proposal for ARMSTRONG to be submitted to the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) by February 10, 2012;
(2) provide background, guidance, and training to ARMSTRONG s accounting staff on the maintenance of indirect cost allocation plans by March 31, 2012;
(3) provide consultation, advice, and guidance to ARMSTRONG staff during any negotiation of the initial indirect cost rate with the HHS by June 30, 2012. Note: The contract term may be extended should negotiations on the initial indirect cost rate continue after June 30, 2012.
