Invitation to Bid AIP 3-02-0254-0408/62607, Savoonga Airport Improvements

Sealed bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and performing all work on Project No. AIP 3-02-0254-0408/62607, Savoonga Airport Improvements, described herein, will be received until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time, June 12, 2008, in the Office of the Contracts Engineer, Engineering Services Building, Room 3, 2301 Peger Road, Fairbanks, Alaska.

The project consists of rehabilitating the airport, including resurfacing of the runway, taxiway, apron and airport access road, application of a dust palliative to operating surfaces, replacement of lighting system, and upgrading the snow removal equipment building.

Engineer's Estimate is greater than $5,000,000. The project completion date is October 1, 2010.
