The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Office of Regions and Center Operations (ARC) is seeking qualified contractors, experienced in ISO certification for Federal agencies, that are capable of providing ISO 9001 Pre-Certification, Certification, and Post-Certification Surveillance services in order to achieve ISO certification in the Logistics Divisions at FAA Headquarters and nine (9) Regional Offices across the country.
The FAA contemplates award of a Firm, Fixed Price contract for a base period with three (3) option periods. The Pre-Certification portion must be completed by September 20, 2008 and Certification portions of the contract must be completed not later than March 30, 2009.
This procurement is unrestricted as to business size. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.
When responding to this SIR, each interested company is required to submit past performance information that confirms their ability to successfully complete an integrated ISO certification process for a Federal or State Government entity at multiple operating locations, as well as the Business Declaration form that is attached to this notice. Past Performance information must include project title, agency name, order/contract number, project value and duration, point of contact (including email address and phone number), and a brief description of the work performed.
