Synopsis:

Solicitation IQC08151009010 will contain one NSN6695015099496 for a TRANSDUCER, MOTIONAL, End Item Application/ Weapon System: MTVR FAMILY (INCLUDES TAMCNS D0198, D1062, D1073, & D1213). This solicitation will be solicited for award of an indefinite quantity contract. The award will be for a 1-year base and four 1-year option years. Solicitation will be 100% Small Business Set-Aside, full and open competition after exclusion of sources. Approved source (s) of supply is Dana Corp Spicer Heavy Axle & (Cage 1MVZ1), P/N 676505, Oshkosh Corporation (CAGE 45152), P/N 2HA79. Annual Estimated Quantity (AEQ) are as follows: Base Year AEQ: 341 each, each Option Year EAQ: 341 each. Delivery: FOB: Destination; Inspection /Acceptance: Destination, Delivery Schedule 103 days ARO. Surge coverage is required for this NSN. Specifications, plans or drawings related to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is 24 July 2008.

Conditions for evaluation and acceptance of offers for part numbered items cited in the AID: This agency has no data available for evaluating the acceptability of alternate products offered. In addition, to the data required in subparagraph (c) (2) of clause L17C01 (52.217-9002), the offeror must furnish drawings and other data covering the design, materials, etc., of the exact product cited in the AID, sufficient to establish that the Offeror s product is equal to the product cited in the AID.
