This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. The RFQ number is N00189-08-Q-Z074. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2005-12 and DFARS Change Notice 2007-0802. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 334310 and the Small Business Standard is 750. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the following items to be assembled in a kit format: 1. Pelican 1550 Case 2. Micro Digital A/V Recorder with (2) LI-ION Batteries, Universal AC Charger (110/220 VAC ) USB Cable, Earphone Set, A/V In/Out Cable 3. Color Button Camera with Internal Built in audio 4. Color pinhole camera with no audio 5. 4GB Micro SD Memory Card 6. Stereo Digital Micro Recorder (IE Olympus WE-311M or Equivalent) 6A. Stereo Body Worn Microphones 6B. Telephone Recording Interface for Pots Line 6C. Telephone Interface for Cellular phones 6D. Headset for Monitoring the 6B and 6C. 7. Body Waist Band for holding the A/V and Audio Recorder Delivery is 30 days after receipt of award. Responsibility and Inspection: unless otherwise specified in the order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and quality control.
