•1. The Document Automation and Production Service (DAPS) plans to execute, without using full and open competition. An ‘open market' order will be placed with Voxeo Corporation for Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Hosted Solutions Support that constitutes a key component of the USPS EEO Contact Center application.
•2. Description of Agency Need: DAPS Jacksonville Office Group has developed a prototype system utilizing IVR hosted services by Voxeo Corporation. The IVR component is integrated into the application workflow that has already been developed and approved by the USPS. As such, the development of the pilot system which is currently under contract will utilize the IVR component from the prototype system. Additionally, the toll-free number that will be used for the application (888) EEO-USPS is owned by Voxeo Corporation. The award is a continuation of existing service implemented during FY07. The amount of the award is $61,224.00. Voxeo Corporation is a small business concern.
