Overview
| Accounting firms to provide review or agreed-upon procedure attestation services on Illinois riverboat casino operations for the Illinois Gaming Board.
The Illinois Gaming Board (Board) has responsibility under the State of Illinois Riverboat Gambling Act [230 ILCS 10/15, (Sec. 15)] and its adopted rules [Section 3000.1030] to regulate owner/licensees of Illinois riverboat casinos. Part of that responsibility includes the approval of firms of Independent Certified Public Accountants to perform financial audits as well as the selection and approval of firms of Independent Certified Public Accountants to perform compliance review and agreed-upon attestation services.
A mandatory Vendor Conference will be held April 29, 2008 at 2:00 p.m., CDT as stated in 3.5 of the RFP. |
