The grips shall be capable of pulling bars, flats, or dynamically testing through the full range of compression and tension. The grips shall be hydraulically actuated and open-faced. The grip shall have the following features: side loading specimens, even specimen loading across entire face of wedge, choice of flat or Vee-Wedge, positive stop for repeated specimen location, and easy change of wedges without removing the grip from the frame or taking it apart. Operation manual shall be included. The manuals shall contain schmatic drawings of tghe components that are detailed enough to allow operators perform routine maintenance. The warranty on the described grips is 12 months from the date of delivery to include all parts and labor during the year.
