This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns under NAICS Code 334516 (SIC 3826) with a size standard of 500 employees. The USACE, Engineer Research & Development Center, Environmental Laboratory has a need for the following:
A High Performance Digital NMR Spectrometer meeting the following requirements:
1. Must have both liquid and solid state analytical capabilities
2. Must have a timing resolution of 12.5 ns to capture fast relaxations of the nuclei
3. Must have double irradiation from a sing RF frequency channel to allow for simultaneous excitation of two chemical regions
4. Must have the ability to autotune the probe to limit the amount of recalibrating needed
5. Must have a web browser interface to allow for interaction between user and computer
6. Must have a PC data collector
7. Must have vibration stabilizers to reduce movement to the magnet
8. Must come with installation from a professional
9. Must include on-site training
Delivery is to be made no later than 6 months after receipt of Purchase Order (ARO).
Delivery is to be made to: U. S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), CEERD-EP-P, 3909 Halls Ferry Road, Vicksburg, MS 39180.
Offerors MUST INCLUDE a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with this offer.
