Hard-Shell, Wheeled Transportation/Storage Cases for Mobile Enrollment Office Equipment ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- Length 35-48 inches, Width 22-24 inches, Depth 11-12 inches. The cases must include the following required features: " Rotational molded one-piece polyethylene seamless construction " 2 heavy-duty edge casters " 1 pressure relief valve " 4 heavy-duty handles " 4-hole design " 4 heavy-duty military-spec design hinges " 8 heavy-duty military-spec design spring-loaded latches with backup plates " Heavy-duty gasket (min 0.3125") " Custom (min 1.5 lb) molded polyethylene foam inserts fabricated with pockets to accept specified equipment The approximate size of the cases is Length of 35-48 inches, Width of 22-24 inches, and Depth of 11-12 inches, depending on the specific design and planned layout of the intended contents. Case selection and foam insert design by Contractor must be discussed with and approved by VA prior to fabrication of the inserts and processing of the case order. The items that must fit in and be adequately protected by each case, along with the weight and dimensions of each, are provided in the following table.
