There are four HVAC projects to furnish install new HVAC and/or remove present HVAC equipment, supply and install new HVAC equipment. Projects are: 1) 3 ea outdoor air-cooled condensing units in Rivera, upblast fan in ductwork at kitchen; 2) Split DX ductless BTUH wall-mounted air conditioner in Computer Room of Administration Bldg; 3) Air curtain in Dining Room and a wall mounted exhaust fan in Carpentry Shop; and 4) Heat Pump in Group Living Office. Contractor must be certified in Freon recovery. These projects are at the Golconda Civilian Conservation Center, Pope County, Illinois. There will be a prebid meeting listed in the Request for Quotes. All inquiries are to be directed to the Contracting Officer at (618) 253-7114. Solicitations are to be mailed to USDA Forest Service, Shawnee National Forest, 50 Highway, 145 South, Harrisburg, IL 62946. Project will be posted on Fed Biz Opps on 5/12/2008.
