The Forsyth County Board of Commissioners will accept sealed bids until 10:30 a.m., Thursday, May 29, 2008 for the following: For providing all labor, materials, and equipment for replacement one 17 ton Natural Gas Package RTU at the Forsyth County Detention Center.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT: 1:30 p.m. Friday, May 16, 2008. All interested bidders to meet on site: Forsyth County Detention Center, 202 Veterans Memorial Blvd, Cumming, GA 30040. Only Contractors attending site visit will have bids accepted.

Bid specifications can be obtained by contacting the Forsyth County Purchasing Department, 118 Castleberry Road, Suite 13, Cumming, Georgia and MUST BE RETURNED to the same office prior to the above deadline. Bid specifications are available for pick up from 8:30 a.m. until Noon, Thursday through Friday. Certificate of Insurance will be required.

Bids will be opened at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, May 29, 2008 in the Forsyth County Purchasing Department, 118 Castleberry Road, Suite 13, Cumming, Georgia. Award of proposal/bid will be made at a later date. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders and the general public are invited to attend the bid opening.
