Attached you will find the request for quote # 08-FCA-601-87 for HP Equipment.
Please send all quotes to Reevest@fca.gov. All questions must be submitted to the aforementioned e-mail no later than September 12, 2008, by 2:00 PM EST. Please include Payment Terms. All equipment must be new in the original packaging with manufacturer's warranty.
The Farm Credit Administration assumes no responsibility for the receipt of quotes. It is the responsibility of the offeror to make sure that the quote is received at the destination above by the due date and time.
CLAIMS FOR RELIEF
The FCA is a nonappropriated fund activity not subject to GAO's bid protest provisions. Any claim for relief filed by an offeror shall be adjudicated by the FCA Contracting Officer. If the parties cannot reach an agreement mutually satisfactory after diligently pursuing a solution through discussions and negotiations, the FCA Contracting Officer shall make a final decision. The FCA Contracting Officer's decision shall prevail unless the contractor submits an appeal to the FCA Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Stephen G. Smith. The decision of the CFO shall be final and binding on the parties.
Award will be made without discussions, so please provide your most competitive offer the first time.
