(i) This solicitation reference number is W65KUH81777001 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
(ii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26.
(iii) This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small businesses. the associated NAICS code is 811213 with a $6.5 small business size standard.
(iv) Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote for the purchase and installation, in the Reno area (three separate local sites) of:
Site AASF: Two 5' non-penetrating mounts w/ cinderblock ballast w/ roof pad, one Barker Williams HF Antenna BWDS-90N, and LDF 5-50 Andrew Coax.
Site Washow County Armory: One Rohn 65G-40' tower, two 3' Antenna Standoff mounts, one Barker Williams HF Antenna BWDS-90N, LDF 5-50 Andrew Coax, one VHF Radio Frequency Systems Omni 146-164 MHz, one 800MHz Antenex Omni 806-866 MHz, and one UHF 380-512MHz.
Site Plumb Ln Armory: One Rohn 65G-40' tower, two 3' Antenna Standoff mounts, one 4 port entry plate system, LDF 5-50 Andrew Coax, one Barker Williams HF Antenna BWDS-90N, one VHF Radio Frequency Systems Omni 146-164MHz, one 800MHz Antenex Omni 806-866 MHz, and one UHF 380-512MHz.
Brand name or equal items are acceptable. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered.
(v) Delivery of this acquisition is FOB destination.
