This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a BRAND NAME ONLY solicitation. The following are incorporated into this solicitation document: FAR 52.212-4 and FAR 52.212-5 with the following paragraphs checked as applicable in subparagraph (b): (15)-(19), (21), (24), (30), (31) and (36). FAR 52.212-3 is incorporated. Vendor must include a completed copy of the provision with the quote. Only faxed or e-mailed quotes will be accepted (e-mail preferred). Subject of e-mail should contain the reference number LCS08Q00011. The quote must also contain this reference number. 52.212-2 is incorporated with the following information: Evaluation is based technically acceptable, low price.
