Synopsis:

The Government
intends to award a sole source contract to Sport & Health Clubs, L. C. dba
Sport & Health Clubs, for a preventive health and wellness program to
promote physical and mental health fitness of employees of the Defense Media
Activity (DMA), during their lunch hour. The DMA is located at 601
N. Fairfax Street, Alexandria, VA;
the contractor’s facility must located within a ten-minute walk of the DMA
location. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to
respond to the requirement. This notice
of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to
compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely
within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose
of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses should be submitted within 3 days
of publication of this notice. Written
