The software maintenance includes telephone support, software patches and regulatory releases. |

| Sole Source Only Justification: | SS&C Technologies, Inc. is the sole provider of their proprietary software currently used by the Authority. SS&C Technologies is the only provider of maintenance for the software.

Only a challenge with documentation, which sufficiently demonstrates and proves a prospective vendors ability to meet all specifications and other requirements of the Agency, will be considered. The documentation must indicate a price equal to or lower than the original amount shown in this Notice. |
