This acquisition is for a quantity of 482 HAWK Rocket Motors, National Stock Number (NSN)1337-00-484-8551, Army Part Number (APN) 10242870). The anticipated delivery is 36 rocket motors per month starting October 2009 to October 2010. It is anticipated that this requirement will be Firm-Fixed-Price, and procured on a sole source basis with Aerojet General Corporation, CAGE Code 05824, Highway 50 and Aerojet Road, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670, who is currently the sole source contractor for the HAWK Rocket Motor. See numbered note 22.
