HAF/A5XC INDUSTRY DAY ‘08
The United States Air Force Directorate of Operational Capability Requirements (HAF/A5XC) will host an "Industry Day" meeting in the National Capital Region, Wednesday, August 6, 2008, from 0800-1200, with a second day on 7 Aug if attendance warrants. The location will be at the Scitor Corporation conference room1911 N. Fort Myer Drive, Ste 500, Arlington, Virginia 22209. HAF/A5XC is the lead agency for Air Force Capabilities-Based Planning (CBP), identifying and championing essential capabilities for achieving Joint Warfighting Effects. Representatives from Industry, Academia, Government, and other Services are encouraged to attend either of these classified meetings.
The Capabilities Champions will cover CBP methodology and the Capabilities Review and Risk Assessment (CRRA) process used to identify Air Force capability shortfalls. Specifically, the November 2007 CRRA findings will be shared with Industry Day participants and are the key issues facing the future Air Force.
Space is limited. Please limit to one person per organization. RSVPs must be received no later than 23 July 2008. The conference will be conducted at the SECRET level. Security clearances must be received not later than noon, 1 August 2008. Please contact Lt Col Troy Van Bemmelen if you plan to attend the conference or if you need additional information. Please follow these procedures if you are visiting Scitor Corporation - Rosslyn, VA

1) Unclassified Visits: Visitors attending "Unclassified" meetings do not require a visit request. Ensure technical POC has received confirmation of your visit for the attendance roster.
2) Classified (DOD Collateral) Visits: Your company/organization may submit Visit Clearance Requests via JPAS, or by fax.
• JPAS Visit Cert: Please send to SMO Code 0S482, Level 4, for Collateral clearances.

c) Date of Clearance, Investigation Type
d) Purpose of Visit: Industry Day, 6-7 Aug 2008
