Bid H-53-08 Window Replacement The project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, tools, and materials for the replacement of all existing glass windows and doors on the outside face of the civic center with high velocity impact glass. Small Business Enterprise Program The Pompano Beach City Commission has established a voluntary Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Program to encourage and foster the participation of Certified Small Business Enterprises (SBEs) in the central procurement activities of the City. Small Business Enterprises are defined in Florida State Statute 288.703(1) as independently owned and operated business concerns that employ 200 or fewer permanent full time employees and has a net worth of not more than $5 million.
