THIS IS ONLY THE ADVANCED NOTICE.

THE SOLICITATION INCLUDING THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED INCLUDING THE SPECIFICATIONS WILL BE POSTED AFTER 11 AUGUST 2008 FOR THE REQUIRED TESTING GENERALLY DESCRIBED BELOW.

NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.

This will be a competitive 8(a) set-aside solicitation.
NAICS Code: 541380Size Standard: $11M
Purpose: Perform Tank Inspections in accordance with Steel Tank Institute Recommended Practice R912 for Testing on twenty-eight (28) aboveground storage tanks and four (4) unregulated (heating oil) underground storage tanks (USTs), for a total of thirty-two (32) tanks, and associated piping.
The Contractor shall provide a CERTIFIED INSPECTOR (American Petroleum Institute (API) Standard 653 Authorized Inspector Certification with (STI) certified SP001 Adjunct Certification or Steel Tank Institute (STI) Certified SP001 AST Tank System Inspector).

ALL VENDORS WISHING TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS SOLICITATION MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (CCR) DATABASE PRIOR TO AN AWARD BEING MADE.
