Description: See numbered notes 12. NSN 2540-01-559-1734 Gunner s Restraint Kit, being bought in accordance with BAE Systems (1EAW9) P/N 57K4901. This is a commercial part and will be solicited using FAR part 13.5. The required quantity is 600 KT to be shipped to (W25G1U) New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and 600 KT to be shipped to (SW3227) Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. FOB destination and inspection at destination is requested. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfq after the issue date of 4/29/08. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. There are no technical drawings/bid sets available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, and past performance. The required delivery is for up to 600 kits in 90 days and 600 kits in 120 days.
