DESCRIPTION: Georgetown County is seeking from qualified Energy Service Contractors (ESCO) proposals to provide comprehensive energy management and energy related capital improvement services at county facilities. Services may include: energy audit, design, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of exisiting and new equipment which will reduece utility consumption associated with HVAC, lighting, lightning systems, water conservation systems and associated energy management systems. Requirements and specifications are contained in the on-line bid documents available below.
