MORE For the improvements to 11 State Routes in Potter County, having a combined construction length of approximately 52.5 miles, involving various combinations of edge repair, leveling, and resurfacing using various Superpave Asphalt Mixture Deigns for the binder and wearing courses, bituminous seal coat, pavement markings and legends, and miscellaneous construction as indicated on the approved construction drawings.
