Description:	The description and location of the project is as follows: For the construction or improvement of certain sections of STATE HIGHWAY in ERIE COUNTY; CITY OF ERIE, McKEAN TOWNSHIP, and MILLCREEK TOW MORE NSHIP; Commonwealth of Pennsylvania; Group Project SR 4103 SECTION BPR. This project is situated as follows: SR 4014 over Interstate 79, from Segment 0010 Offset 3114 (Station 31+88.00) to Segment 0020 Offset 0413 (Station 37+01.00). SR 4103 over Interstate 90, at Segment 0010 Offset 0000 (from Station 1123+61.00 to Station 1134+68.00). For the rehabilitation of existing structures over the interstate system including bridge concrete repairs, membrane waterproofing, bituminous paving, sidewalk replacement, guide rail improvements, drainage improvements and pavement markings all within a total project length of 1220 linear feet (0.231 miles) as indicated on the approved drawings.
