Description: The Commonwealth of Massachusetts through the Operational Services Division (OSD) is soliciting bids for the procurement of Grocery Related Paper Products/Foodservice Supplies. Bidders are advised that OSD (1) restricts submission of written questions to the publicly accessible online Forum tool and (2) requires all responses to be submitted using the online submission tools available to active SmartBid account holders only, as specified in the RFR file attached on the Specifications tab of this record.
