Synopsis:

Greenhouse Benches, Idaho Panhandle National Forests, Coeur d Alene Nursery, Kootenai County, Idaho. This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation AG-0281-S-08-0052 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The clauses and provisions referenced in this solicitation can be found in full text form at http://www.arnet.gov/far. This is a total small business set-aside and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The North American Industry Classification Code is 337127 Institutional Furniture Manufacturing. A quotation is requested for the following items: #1) Greenhouse benches, HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC, BLACK, 2 x 8 , Quantity 78 ea. #2) Greenhouse benches, HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC, BLACK 3 x 8 , Quantity 78 ea. #3) 30 legs to go under benches, HEAVY DUTY PLASTIC, BLACK, Quantity 1,432 ea. #4) Shipping and Handling, 1 ea. Contractor is also required to submit pictures and/or descriptive literature of items listed above. Required delivery to be made to the Coeur d Alene Nursery, located at 3600 Nursery Way, Coeur d Alene, ID 83815. All deliveries shall be made on regular workdays (Monday through Friday) during regular business hours (7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. local time), excluding official Federal Government Holidays. Contractor shall have entire order ready for shipment and possession by the Government by July 30, 2008. The provision at 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial, applies to this acquisition. One contract will be offered to the best value quote(s) made to the Government, considering availability, technical specifications and price. Quoters will include in their response a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items. The clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
