Synopsis:

The Federal Bureau of Prisons - Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas, intends to make a single award for the provision of Grease Trap Cleaning and Grease Removal Services for the Federal Correctional Complex located in Victorville, California. The requirement will include service, pump, and dispose of grease 4 times per year for approximately 200,000 estimated gallons of grease per year. The Federal Correctional Institution I holds approximately 10,000 gallons. Federal Correctional Complex II holds approximately 15,000 gallons. United States Penitentiary holds approximately 20,000 gallons and the Federal Prison Camp holds approximately 5,000. The contract type is an indefinite delivery/requirements contract with firm-fixed unit prices. The award will be made to the responsible quoter who submits the most advantageous quote to the Government based on price related factors only. The contract shall consist of a 12-month base year and four 12 month option years. The estimated quantities are as follows: Base Year - 200,000 gallons ; Option Year 1 - 200,000 gallons; Option Year 2 - 200,000 gallons; Option Year 3 - 200,000 gallons; Option Year 4 - 200,000 gallons. The solicitation will be available on or about August 14, 2008 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at www.fedbizopps.gov.
