The General Services Administration is interested in leasing approximately 20,565 rentable square feet of office/flex space contiguous in a single floor, within the area of Stockton, California as set out below. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 17,883 ANSI/BOMA Office Area (formerly usable) square feet, together with twenty-one (21) reserved inside parking spaces, for use by Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Occupancy is required as soon as possible, but in no case later than August 31, 2010.

LEASE TERM:
Ten (10) years, five (5) years firm.
REQUIRED:
First class office space in a quality building which meets or is capable of meeting the Government s requirements, including 20 setback in existing buildings, (50 setback if a build-to-suit is proposed), flood plain, seismic safety, access to public transportation, and handicapped access is solicited. Build to Suit options will be considered.
