Synopsis:

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a firm fixed price sole source purchase order to Atlantic Diving Supply Company of 477 Viking Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23452 for procurement of multiple CLINS for the following commercially available items: small, medium, large and extra large glove liners; medium, large and extra large divers insulated glove liners; medium, large and extra large parachutist gloves; medium, large and extra large parachutist glove shells. The items being acquired have undergone extensive testing and qualification under the MARCORSYSCOM Parachuting Authority. Each part has been tested to perform to rigid requirements as specified in Marine Corps Order (MCO) 3500.20A for Marine Corps Parachuting and Diving Policy and Program Administration. Only those articles, which have been successfully tested, are qualified. The objective of this process is to verify that the system provides acceptable levels of safety and mission critical support throughout the system specific operating range and reasonable assurance that the mission can be completed. Only this equipment provided by Atlantic Diving Supply has been successfully tested and qualified by the U.S. Marine Corps.
