The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA)/Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) Scott Field Office has a requirement to obtain a Global Data Synchronization (GDS) with a Product Information Manager (PIM) Software for the Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) Headquarters in Fort Lee, Virginia.
This requirement is being conducted as a FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for a software product only.
The Government contemplates award of a firm-fixed price contract to the lowest cost technically acceptable offeror to include a one year base period and four one year option periods, using full and open competition.
The solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) document HC1028-08-T-0162 attached. All offerors interested may submit a quote by completing the attached RFQ and submit it no later than 4:00 PM, CST on 10 Sep 2008 to Ms Betty Burris, Contract Specialist at betty.burris@disa.mil and Ms. Mary Ann Hall, Contracting Officer at maryann.hall@disa.mil.
