DESC: 9340-01-550-5222, 6650-01-550-5220, 6650-01-550-5221; Part Number 8213899-7, 8213899-9, 8213899-10, The item to procure is a THIS BUNDLE OF (3) PARTS IS USED ON THE ADAPTER FIXTURE FOR TESTING PAN0RAMIC TELESCOPES M113 AND M115. C/O: GLASS MIRROR (9340-01-550-5222), OPTICAL RETICULE (6650-01-550-5220) AND OPTICAL RETICULE (6650-01-550-5221). THE PARTS ARE GROUND FROM OPTICAL GLASS, TYPE-523-586 OR 584-460, SPEC JAN-6-174. THE LARGEST PART IS 0.250 IN THICK X 2.125 INCHES OUTSIDE DIAMETER. Requirements are 155 ea, 90 ea, 90 ea, Glass Mirror, Opticle RETICULE INS, and Optical RETICULE Ins. FOB is Destination. For use on the M198 Howitzer. Estimated issue date is June 17, 2008. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Proposed contract is 100% small business set-aside, 5 yr IDIQ. The estimated requirements for Glass Mirror is 155 each and 150 each for the other years; for Opticle Reticle(6650-01-550-2220) 90 each and 50 each for the other years; and for Opticle Reticle(6650-01-550-2221) 90 each and 50 each for the other years. Maximum quantities over the life of the contract is 2300 each, 900 each, and 900 each.
