Removal, purchase and installation of replacement glass doors and mirrors for the Asia-Pacific Center Security for Studies (APCSS) men's latrine. The contractor shall provide the labor, parts and equipment necessary to perform the required task as follows;
1. Purchase and install 4 pairs (8 QTY) of 1/2 Glass entry door.
2. Remove existing damaged glass entry door panels and replace with a new 1/2 inch bronze tempered glass with 3 5/16 tapered top and bottom rails, u-channel edge protector at vertical edges. Three holes for existing handle hardware in satin stainless steel with a #4 finish.
3. Use existing handle hardware, floor closure, top pivot, mag locks on new replacement panels.
4. Alarm hook up of new panel entry doors
5. Remove existing damaged mirrors in the main men's latrine and replace with new 1/4 inch clear copper free mirror with polished edges and two (2) outlet cutouts.
6. Mirrors to be set on top of backsplash and attached to wall using mirror mastic. Requirement for the mirrors are (a) 2ea, 72 x33 inches and 1ea 100x33 inches.
Note: Site survey is authorized upon request.
