The 48th Contracting office is seeking sources to perform Generator Maintenance in accordance with the brief description below.
WORK SPECIFICATIONS:
Contractor shall provide all labor, parts materials and transportation necessary to perform preventative maintenance services on the power converters installed in Bldg. 782, 788, and 803 on RAF Mildenhall in the United Kingdom.
These power converters are for transforming local 240VAC, 50Hz, 3-phase power into 115VAC, 3phase, 60Hz and 400Hz power forms. Model and serial numbers are:

The contractor shall perform preventative maintenance service, in order to maintain the above equipment in a continuous optimum operating condition. Preventative maintenance to be performed twice a year, once in Oct-Nov, the other in Apr-May, and subject to scheduling constraints of 352 MXS Squadron. The contractor shall coordinate with the contracting officer's representative prior to preventative maintenance service. Contractor must receive approval from the contracting officer's representative prior to purchase and / or repair services.
