****ATTENTION****FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO GEORGE OBIYOR. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-AL-M, George Obiyor, Contract Specialist, or Jeanie Clark, Contracting Officer, FAX number 256-313-8194. No telephone or email requests will be accepted. The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, testing equipment and materials to overhaul the Generator, Direct Cu, Input/Output NSN: 6115-00-942-2094, Input/Output Part Number: 30B37-37A, in support of the UH-1H. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price, 5 year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract for a minimum quantity of 30 each, maximum quantity of 180 each, including 30 each for FMS. This item is restricted to Honeywell International, Inc (Cage Code 64547) because technical data is not currently available to support a competitive solicitation. The only known source(s) of overhaul for the Generator, Direct CU is the Original Equipment Manufacturer(OEM) Honeywell International, Inc. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
