Synopsis:

The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, intends to purchase, on a sole source basis, two (2) One Stop Systems Compact PCIs, P/N OSS-SYS-4U-2253, customized as follows: 3U Compact CPU installed in slot 1, Pentium M 760 2.0GHz Processor, AGP graphics, Video via VGA & SDVO; front panel includes: VGA, (2) USB 2.0 series A, (2) Gigabit Ethernet (RJ45); graphics: 915GM chipset, VGA, PanelLink (DVI) and TFT Support, Dual View support under MS Windows 2000 and XP, resolution up to 2048 x 1536 pixe! ls; 2 GB DDR RAM, 4HP, Rear I/O; parallel ATA support; (2) PCIe driven gigabit ethernet interfaces, GIGe jumbo frame support; CompactFlash card interface via on board IDE, USB 1.1, PS-2 keyboard, 2nd IDE Channel (Master or Slave); Windows XP PRO pre-loaded, 3U 4HP CompactPCI side card for multimedia extension installed in slot 2, FireWire IEEE 1394 on front panel, remote feeding 12V/1.5A (power class 1), COM, DVI-D-single link port, 2.5 inch SATA hard-disk slot, right side mount by plugging into CPU, 8HP front panel; 3U 4HP CompactPCI multimedia card installed in slot 3, 3U x 4HP front panel with additional COM port, one-channel RS232 interface adapter. Kit to bring out IDE thru the front panel, P/N OSS-KIT-EIDE-FP, as follows: 3U x 4HP front panel with IDE connector, IDE and power cables, IDE breakout board, 3U 8-slot CompactPCI backplane, system slot left, 32-bit CompactPCI bus on P1, pass-through connectors for rear I/O on P2, power lugs on right rear; 2.5 inch GB solid ! state IDE hard drive, 60 MB/s read, 45MB/s write, .7ms access, 200W DC power supply, 20-32 VDC/DC converter with P47 connector, Outputs: plus 5VDC at 10.0A, plus 3.3VDC at 7.0A, plus 12VDC at 1.5A, minus 12VDC at 0.5A, power supply backplane with one P47 connector, 3 high speed fans. Fully integrated and tested. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.
